  1. Given the Court of Appeal comment that they had assumed that NRAM knew that the agreements were not covered by the CCA at the time they were entered into is there not scope for action in fraudulent misrepresentation which may not be time barred?

  2. Hi I took out a together mortgage in 2006 for £30k and all my agreements state I was covered by the Act. Would really like to understand/be involved.
