  1. My husband and I have a together mortgage since 2005 for £30k. Any information would be much appreciated.

  2. We also took out a together mortgage in 2006 made up of 118000 mortgage and 30000 loan. All our paperwork states covered by the consumer credit act. At the moment we owe just what the house is worth so are better off than some people but our main problem is getting any further credit, because we still owe 26k on the loan for so long we cannot get any credit from anywhere. This is crippling us as we can afford to pay it back! At no point was this explained to us that it would affect our credit rating for the lifetime of the loan!. I look forward to seeing how you progress with this!
