Before i go over who i am and what i do there are some points i want to make clear.

  • This blog is mine, it is my opinion on cases i have been involved in and maybe the odd rant about poor service i may receive from firms.
  • This blog IS NOT the opinion or view of anyone other than me, it is not for example the view of my employers, they have no involvement in what i write, they do not share my views in fact i never debate my personal views with my employers.
  • If i say something on this blog which is incorrect, or which anyone objects to, then they should get in touch with me. I dont bite and am happy to correct errors, of course if there are no errors and the comments are true……well thats a different story.
  • This blog is not legal advice, it doesnt constitute advice, it shouldnt be followed blindly and if you have a legal issue you should seek legal advice but not by posting on the reply section of this blog.
  • My posts, my content, my rants are not for reproduction or use by anyone

  1. My husband and I have a together mortgage since 2005 for £30k. Any information would be much appreciated.

  2. We also took out a together mortgage in 2006 made up of 118000 mortgage and 30000 loan. All our paperwork states covered by the consumer credit act. At the moment we owe just what the house is worth so are better off than some people but our main problem is getting any further credit, because we still owe 26k on the loan for so long we cannot get any credit from anywhere. This is crippling us as we can afford to pay it back! At no point was this explained to us that it would affect our credit rating for the lifetime of the loan!. I look forward to seeing how you progress with this!
