I had hoped to be able to report (good or bad) on at least two fairly important cases in the context of consumer credit litigation. However unfortunately, as expected due to the cuts in civil litigation made by our government, both cases have been subject to adjournments, one part heard and one that never even got started and was adjourned before it got going.
Over the space of the next 2 months, there will be a number of cases going to trial (if there is enough court time) and i should be able to report some results. However until then its all stop.
I expect the cuts will be a precursor to the stock market flotation of the judiciary.
